National Rental Home Council Statement on Resignation of HUD Deputy Secretary Pam Patenaude

WASHINGTON, D.C. (December 18, 2018) — Following the announcement that Department of Housing and Urban Development Deputy Secretary Pam Patenaude will be leaving her position in January, National Rental Home Council (NRHC) Executive Director Diane Tomb issued the following statement:

“On behalf of the entire single-family rental industry, we thank Pam Patenaude for her distinguished service at the Department of Housing and Urban Development and for her decades of outstanding advocacy helping all Americans access quality, affordable housing options. Her leadership and steady hand at HUD will be sorely missed, and we wish her all the best.

“As he transitions into the Deputy Secretary role, we at NRHC look forward to continuing to work with Acting Deputy Secretary Brian Montgomery, who is also a strong leader, to advance our shared goals of building a housing market that works for all Americans.”
