National Rental Home Council Statement Following Senate Banking Committee Hearing on Nomination of Mark Calabria to Lead Federal Housing Finance Agency

WASHINGTON, D.C. (February 14, 2019) — Following the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs hearing regarding the nomination of Dr. Mark A. Calabria to be Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, National Rental Home Council (NRHC) Executive Director Diane Tomb issued the following statement:

“Dr. Calabria’s deep experience in housing policy and commitment to public service make him a distinctly qualified nominee to head the FHFA.
