Phoenix, AZ (December 5, 2016) – On Tuesday, December 6, the National Rental Home Council will present a panel at the IMN SFR Investment Forum West in Phoenix, Arizona, featuring CEOs from American Homes 4 Rent, Colony Starwood Homes and Silver Bay Realty Trust Corp. for an in-depth discussion on the current state of the single-family rental industry and the its potential for future growth.
The panel’s moderator, NRHC Executive Director Diane Tomb, will sit down with American Homes 4 Rent CEO Dave Singelyn, Colony Starwood CEO Fred Tuomi and Silver Bay President and CEO Tom Brock to discuss mergers, operating and performance metrics, “hot” markets and best practices. The panel will also cover the role the NRHC plays as the leader of the SFR industry.

The NRHC will welcome attendees with opening remarks on Monday, December 5, followed by an evening reception for prospective members. The following day, Tomb will moderate the CEO Highlight Panel at 3:55pm MT that will delve into challenges, opportunities and next steps for the industry.
