NRHC North Carolina Chapter

Welcome to the North Carolina Chapter of NRHC!

Legislative / Market Information

In North Carolina, the NRHC has achieved significant legislative victories aimed at protecting property ownership rights and combating illegal occupation, including trespassing and squatting. These successes have not only enhanced property security but have also positively impacted market values.

Legislative Efforts

Despite a vetoed bill, ongoing efforts continue to protect property rights and combat illegal occupation in Arizona.

Partnerships for Safe Neighborhoods

Legislation supported equal water requirements for homebuilders to foster the construction of affordable housing in the community.

Equipping Legal and Law Enforcement Systems

Over 20 anti-industry bills were defeated, safeguarding the rights of property and small business owners.

By focusing on these initiatives, we aim to create safer neighborhoods and support the interests of rental property owners throughout the state.

Access to the NRHC Business Directory

NRHC is excited to announce the launch of our vendor directory of service providers, business partners, and vendors. Spearheaded by NRHC’s SFR Industry Partners Council, the directory will serve as an indispensable resource for owners, operators, builders, and other NRHC owner members to locate and connect with trusted business partners serving the SFR/BTR market. The directory will include full contact information for participating companies; a listing of firms by product/service type; and a company listing by geographic market.
