NRHC Membership

 

The National Rental Home Council (NRHC) is a non-partisan organization dedicated to advocating for the single-family rental industry. The NRHC seeks to educate the public, the media and policymakers about the economic value of the industry and the benefits of large-scale, well-managed single-family rental housing platforms.

Representing the interests of the owner-operators of professionally managed single-family rental homes, their employees and the residents and families who rent from them, the NRHC promotes the industry’s efforts to revive neighborhoods, create jobs, strengthen housing markets and fill an important need in today’s evolving housing market.

Associate Members

  • Membership for owner operators only  
  • Annual membership dues are based on the number of units owned 

Below is the sliding scale.  

< 100 units: $1,000

101 – 500 units: $2,500

501 – 1,000 units: $5,000

1,001 + 2,500 units: $7,500

> 2,501: $10,000

  • Vendors, service providers and professional services firms with business in one (1) state
  • Annual membership dues of $525. 
Local Affiliate Criteria and Terms: 
  • Membership is for one (1) person at a firm. 
  • Membership can only be designated to one (1) state. 
  • An additional fee of $525 annually can be added for additional individuals or additional states. 
Member Benefits Include:
  • Membership is for one (1) individual 
  • Committee involvement at the local chapter level
  • Member-rate fees for local chapter events 
  • Member-rate fee for all NRHC national events 
  • Invitations to National NRHC webinars, “ask an expert” panels and member-only networking events.
