The National Rental Home Council (NRHC) is the non-profit trade association of the single-family rental home industry. The NRHC supports efforts to strengthen neighborhoods by filling an important need in today’s growing rental housing market. As more Americans choose to rent, our members are providing high-quality homes for lease in safe, desirable neighborhoods, offering access to good schools and a suburban lifestyle that might otherwise be out of reach.

The NRHC represents the owner-operators of these professionally managed homes and the vendors and service providers who support the industry. We advocate for all industry professionals including independent investors, local owners, BTR developers, and institutionally backed organizations.
