August 1, 2023 (Washington, DC) – Through their ongoing commitment to responsible customer care, single-family rental home providers are able to deliver the highest level of service and responsiveness to the residents and communities they serve. This is made possible by offering residents an experience complete with both standard and ancillary services and amenities. In this effort, transparency is always a priority. Any fees associated with the rental experience are disclosed in the lease documents and are based on the cost of the underlying service and/or amenity necessary to meet the standard of care expectation of residents and communities.
The National Rental Home Council acknowledges the need to ensure all residents receive the quality living experience they deserve. At a time when access to quality, affordably-priced housing has never been more important, the NRHC encourages policymakers at all levels to work with single-family rental home providers to reduce – not impose – regulatory barriers.
